TrueNorth Operations LLC is seeking an energetic Dispatcher to join our Pataskala operations in Ohio. This on-site role involves supporting daily dispatch, coordinating drivers, and maintaining safety and efficiency across routes.

The position starts with a 30-day paid trial with potential for permanent placement. Qualified candidates will have DSP experience, a valid license, and strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills, with a readiness to learn Cortex, Flex and LMDMax systems.

Qualifikationen

• Previous Amazon DSP Delivery Associate experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets standards.
• Must complete a seven-year background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive).
• Able to learn dispatch systems such as Cortex, Flex, and LMDMax.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Open availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Monitor DAs on routes, track progress, productivity, and safety.
• Support daily dispatch using Cortex, Flex, LMDMax and other systems.
• Coordinate driver rescues and route adjustments.
• Communicate with drivers, station personnel, and management.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues, vehicle or device problems.
• Assist with vehicle assignments, route prep, and end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Provide coaching and identify improvement opportunities.
