Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls from external and internal customers.
• Records daily schedule details: crane size, operator, date/time, customer, location, and task description.
• Coordinates invoicing information and special rigging needs.
• Times and location for job site attendance; tracks load weight/height and reach.
• Communicates with On-Call personnel when schedules are tight or conflicts occur.
• Reviews assignments with On-Call at end of shift.

Summary

The position schedules job tasks for cranes and/or haul trucks after receiving requirements from customers. Records on the daily schedule, the crane size required, assigned operator, date and time required, customer, location and description of the job task, special rigging that maybe required, contact name and phone number(s), and invoicing information.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls from external and internal customers.
• Records the following on the daily schedule:
  • Crane size required for the job task.
  • Completes the job ticket with the following information:
    • Assigned operator and/or rigger for the job task.
    • Date and time requested to be on job site and estimated hours or days till completion of the task.
    • Customer complete company's name that will be receiving the invoice.
    • Direction to job location and the description of the job task.
    • Special rigging that maybe required. (i.e. spreader bar, man basket, etc.)
    • Contact's name and phone number(s)
    • Invoicing information.
• Date of the assigned job task.
• Time the operator and/or rigger is to be at location
• Weight and height of the load that will be lifted.
• Reach, the total horizontal distance the load will be lifted away from the crane.
• Coordinates efforts with the person "On-Call" whenever the schedule is nearly full and/or if there are any concerns such as over lapping times for job assignments, manpower, equipment concerns, etc.
• At the end of your shift reviews with the person "On-Call" all the job assignments that is on the schedule along with any other job tasks that may be forthcoming.
