ALL Crane Rental Corp. in Nitro, WV is seeking a self-motivated Dispatcher & Logistics Coordinator to lead scheduling, routing, and on-time delivery of cranes and equipment to job sites.

The position is full-time and exempt in a casual office setting. Experience in trucking/dispatch and with cranes or heavy equipment is preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced in trucking and dispatch functions preferred.
• Experience with cranes or other heavy construction equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of permitting process for oversize loads and documentation preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep records, logs, and schedules of calls, vehicles, staff and actions.
• Prepare detailed reports on activities during shifts.
• Ensure on-time delivery of cranes and equipment to job sites.
• Ensure drivers comply with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Assist Branch Manager with other activities as assigned.

Job description

ALL Crane & Equipment Rental, in Nitro is seeking a self-motivated professional to provide leadership and supervision in the role of Dispatcher & Logistics Coordinator. This position will be responsible for prioritizing tasks, meeting customer expectations, and assuring compliance with all government regulations. This is a full-time, exempt position in a casual office environment.

Essential Functions

• Keep records, logs, and schedules of the calls they make and/or receive, the vehicles and staff they monitor and control, and the actions they take.
• Maintain information on each call and then prepare a detailed report on all activities occurring during their shifts.
• Ensure on time delivery of cranes and equipment to job sites.
• Ensure company drivers maintain compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Dispatcher will also assist in other activities and duties as assigned by Branch Manager.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Experienced in trucking and dispatch functions is preferred.
• Experience with cranes or other heavy construction equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of the permitting process for oversize loads and documentation is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed.
