• Answer customer questions regarding orders and shipments via phone and computer.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Identify issues and problems and seek assistance in resolving them as needed.

Job Description

Shipping and Receiving Coordinator position responsible for assisting in delivering items to customers by verifying orders, inventorying stock, and arranging transportation. This is a computer and phone-related role that anticipates delivery requirements, places and expedites orders, and keeps customers informed throughout the shipping process. The position works with limited work direction and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving them. No direct field experience is required.

Responsibilities
