The ideal candidate will have prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience and strong attention to detail. Compensation is $38 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to logistics efficiency and customer service excellence.

Job Title: Dispatcher III

Compensation: $38/hr

Location: Spring, TX

Schedule: 7 & 7

Scope:

Assists in delivering items to customers by verifying orders, inventorying stock, and arranging transportation. Anticipates delivery requirements. Places and expedites orders. Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading and reconciles quantities while noting any discrepancies.

Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status, as well as answering questions. Works with limited work direction and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving them.
