Job description

Answer the Call – Join the Roseville Police Department as a Dispatcher II.

Dispatchers play a vital role in public safety, serving as the first point of contact for first responders and as a line of communication between the community and public safety agencies. As a dispatcher, you’ll handle law enforcement, fire, and medical emergency calls, often providing life‑saving instructions and a sense of calm until additional resources arrive. You’ll also provide non‑emergency assistance, including dispatching animal control and support for water, sewer, electric utility, and street maintenance services. Responsibilities
  • Answer emergency and non‑emergency calls for police, fire, and other city services.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Two years of experience performing duties similar to Dispatcher I with the City of Roseville.
