Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in computerized dispatching, managing multiple employees.
• Relevant industry experience in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, or Refrigeration preferred.
• Customer service experience required, high-volume phone systems experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians and crews based on customer requirements.
• Input service calls, generate work orders, and ensure timely execution.
• Build and maintain proactive relationships with field personnel and customers.
