RATP Dev in Raleigh, NC is seeking an entry-level Dispatcher to join our operations team. You will coordinate with routing specialists, dispatch drivers, and respond to client reservations to keep on-time service and smooth schedules.

The role requires two years of general work experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to multi-task under time constraints. We offer hourly pay and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years general work experience including driving and customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with routing specialists and schedulers to optimize routes.
• Dispatch drivers using information provided by clients through the reservation application.
• Review and respond to all incoming calls, confirming details with the client two weeks out.
• Discuss availability to review online reservations.
• Field calls for day-of requests, ensure availability, and examine route changes.
• Initiate outbound calls to city connects and access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve potential pickup problems to maintain service.
• Ensure service on missed pickups by coordinating driver movement.
• Assist in determining daily driver staffing to balance responsiveness and productivity.
• Prefer Ecolane and/or ParaTransit experience.
