• Track and coordinate follow-ups for jobs requiring return visits.
• Learn and use the company’s dispatch and business systems.
• Maintain positive relationships with technicians and staff.
• Provide backup support in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule as needed.
