The Chefs' Warehouse in Portland, OR is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Coordinator to organize drivers and daily routes. You will dispatch drivers, maintain payroll records for agency staff, and ensure timely communications with drivers and customers.

Responsibilities include updating routing information, tracking materials, managing ez-pass and AS/400 invoice entries, and providing rapid responses to emails.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 2+ year of dispatch experience, preferably in a transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch all drivers and helpers.
• Maintain daily payroll records for agency staff.
• Record and collect materials given to drivers (gas cards, keys, etc.).
• Update and manage ez-pass and routing information.
• Monitor driver communications and respond to emails promptly.
• Update invoice register in AS/400.
