Hallcon is seeking an experienced operations professional to join our Lenexa, KS command center. You will coordinate driver trips, monitor coverage, and support field management in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite role emphasizes client service, reliability, and teamwork across dispatch platforms, with clear documentation and professional communication.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years experience in dynamic, fast-paced operations center or call center environments.
• Excellent reliability and onsite attendance.
• Strong client service and phone communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated professionalism and business maturity in an office environment.
• Solid Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• Asserts ownership for projects and assigned activities, meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Optimize driver trip coverage options across multiple technology and dispatch platforms
• Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed
• Escalate issues to field operations or clients when appropriate
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems
• Communicate professionally with field management and other team members
• 100% onsite working environment at our Lenexa, KS command center (this role is not a remote work environment role)
