Job summary

All Systems Messenger & Trucking Co. is seeking an overnight and weekend dispatcher / customer service associate for our same-day delivery courier and trucking business. The role requires good typing, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail as you work closely with customers, drivers, and staff.

Hours: Saturday & Sunday 2:30-10:30pm, Monday & Tuesday nights 10:30pm–7:30am. Salary and benefits negotiable.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overnight and weekend dispatcher duties interfacing with customers, drivers and staff.
• Coordinate with drivers to manage same-day deliveries and routing.
• Provide courteous customer service and issue resolution while tracking shipments.
