Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group in the United States is hiring an experienced Dispatcher for a fast-paced transportation team. You will dispatch and monitor drivers to ensure on-time deliveries and coordinate routes, schedules, and driver assignments. This full-time role requires a 2+ year track record in dispatch or transportation logistics, knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations, and proficiency with dispatch software, GPS tracking, and Excel. Compensation is $26 per hour with Sundays and Wednesdays off.

$26 per hour

Full-time days off Sunday and Wednesday 3AM-12PM

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
