Job summary

BioTouch in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Dispatch Associate to support efficient operations, connecting clients and couriers. You will manage calls and dispatch tasks, maintain route accuracy, and resolve issues promptly in a team-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask during weekend overnights on a 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shift, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, supervisory, or retail management is a plus.
• Proficiency with courier software and basic computer tools.
• Extreme attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch incoming calls from clients to couriers and enter information into company software system
• Assign and dispatch all will calls and STATs
• Monitor online dispatch board for potential issues
• Add, change or delete scheduled stops in planning
• Research and resolve client issues quickly and accurately
• Communicate all client issues to direct supervisor
• Monitor status of deliveries and pickups to ensure timely delivery to client
• Assist couriers as needed to help ensure routes are completed to client expectations
• Review route sheets for accuracy
• Monitor and utilize web-based applications, tools, and reports
• Ensure policies and procedures as defined by clients and the company are being met
• Prepare SOP for each account; shift turnover
• Perform other duties as assigned

Supports clients and drivers through a variety of tasks related to heavy communication and follow up. Oversees the transport of confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of company concepts, practices and procedures. Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Part-time, Weekend Overnights, Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
