Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate delivery schedules, optimize routes, and resolve delivery issues for customers. This on-site role supports logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll record vehicle times, maintain maintenance records, and ensure load accuracy before departure, with 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred and Descartes knowledge and Spanish language skills valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination in a delivery environment.
• Knowledge of the geographic area.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans delivery schedules and optimizes delivery vehicle routes.
• Addresses delivery issues with customers and provides resolution.
• Ensures that the invoice and load are correct prior to departure.
• Records all in and out times of vehicles.
• Maintains vehicle maintenance and repair records.
• Records availability status of vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
