Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Dispatcher in Colorado. You will plan delivery schedules, optimize routes, address delivery issues, and ensure invoices match loads before departure.

You will also record vehicle times, maintain maintenance records, and monitor availability of vehicles in a fast-paced, field-facing role. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and a strong pathway for career growth within a growing company that values reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Knowledge of geographic area.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans delivery schedules and optimizes delivery vehicle routes.
• Addresses delivery issues with customers and provides resolution.
• Ensures that the invoice and load are correct prior to departure.
• Records all in and out times of vehicles.
• Maintains vehicle maintenance and repair records.
• Records availability status of vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
