Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is hiring a Dispatcher in Montgomery, AL. You will plan delivery schedules, optimize routes, and resolve delivery issues while ensuring invoices and loads are correct before departure.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of dispatcher experience, knowledge of the Montgomery area, and Descartes routing software experience. Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in delivery or dispatcher role.
• Knowledge of the local geographic area (Montgomery, AL).
• Experience using Descartes routing software.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans delivery schedules and optimizes delivery vehicle routes.
• Addresses delivery issues with customers and provides resolution.
• Ensures that the invoice and load are correct prior to departure.
• Records all in and out times of vehicles.
• Maintains vehicle maintenance and repair records.
• Records availability status of vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
