Arrowhead Superior Refrigeration Service is hiring a Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative to coordinate field work and ensure excellent client experiences. You will connect drivers, customers, and warranty/parts teams, dispatching techs by proximity and skill while handling inquiries and data entry with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience
• Speak Spanish (Preferred but not required)
• Willing to learn

• Reliable
• Self-Motivated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems and demonstrate proper phone etiquette.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze logistical data for process improvements and problem-solving initiatives.
• High level of attention to detail combined with strong typing skills for accurate data entry.

• Enter data accurately into platforms and systems.
