Horizon Bradco - A Smart Care Solutions Company in Albany, NY is seeking a Dispatcher – Customer Service to coordinate technicians, manage schedules, and ensure exemplary service to restaurants, cafeterias and commercial kitchens. You will be the central link for technicians and customers, driving efficient routes and timely updates.

The role requires 1–2 years in dispatch or customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP/EAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree a plus.
• 1–2 years in dispatching or fast-paced customer-service roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and technicians.
• Excellent organization and multitasking, with changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Experience with SAP, EAP, or dispatch/transport systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch Service Technicians to customer locations, balancing priorities and skills.
• Serve as central contact for technicians across your territory, providing guidance.
• Build efficient schedules and travel routes to maximize productivity and timely service.
• Keep customers and technicians informed with updates and managed expectations.
• Monitor service activity in real time and adjust schedules to keep work moving.
• Help the team meet performance goals while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
