We are seeking a dispatcher assistant to join our team!

As one of our dispatcher assistants, you will be responsible for assisting your lead dispatcher in efficiently coordinating and dispatching our technicians to ensure swift and superb service for our customers.

What You'll Assist With

• Dispatching our technicians while continuously tracking their work status and location
• Managing the emergency service schedule, rearranging by urgency
• Communicating with customers and technicians regarding any scheduling updates
• Fostering and building lasting relationships with customers and technicians through outstanding service
• Identifying customer needs and providing information and solution options through extensive knowledge of company products, services, and technician skillsets
• Communicating professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions
• Assisting with additional administrative tasks, as needed

What You'll Need

• Experience in dispatching or within a similar customer service role is preferred, but not required
• Skilled at creative problem‑solving and critical analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening

• Outstanding organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining accurate records
