Express Employment Professionals’ Specialized Recruiting Group has partnered with a respected, growing HVAC services company on the southside of Indianapolis that is seeking a Dispatcher & Project Planner to support the coordination of service operations, technician scheduling, and customer service activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment, enjoys solving problems and helping customers, and excels at organization and communication.
The Dispatcher & Project Planner serves as a key point of contact for both customers and technicians, ensuring service calls and projects are scheduled efficiently and completed on time. This individual will answer incoming calls, assist office visitors, coordinate technician dispatching, and learn to forecast labor needs for upcoming projects. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
