Job summary

All Pro Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking a skilled dispatcher to coordinate field technicians for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls. You will manage schedules, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely service delivery with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in dispatch and customer service, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• 2+ years of dispatch experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively is essential.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from$20-$23plus bonuses, based on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
