Job summary

All Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, maintenance, and emergencies. You will prioritize requests, monitor schedules, and communicate with customers about availability, arrival times, and delays.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in dispatch and customer service, with strong communication, organization, and the ability to work under pressure. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively is essential.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from$20-$23plus bonuses, based on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.

Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
