Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, a division of IES, is seeking a full-time Dispatcher onsite in the United States. You will coordinate field technicians via Service Titan, manage routes, and ensure clear communication between technicians, managers, and builder reps.

The role requires evening availability, strong multitasking, and calm under pressure. Prior dispatching or HVAC experience is a plus, with growth potential in a stable, long-term team environment.

What You’ll Be DoingThis isn’t just a desk job — it’s the heartbeat of our field operations. As a Dispatcher, you’ll:

• Use Service Titan software to coordinate field technicians and routes
• Communicate job details, traffic updates, and priorities to technicians in real time
• Strategically schedule HVAC start-ups across assigned territories
• Act as the critical communication link between techs, managers, and builder reps
• Keep detailed logs and reports to ensure every job runs smoothly
