Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Central Florida team. This full-time role offers late shifts, overtime, and a genuine opportunity for career growth with top pay for top talent.

You will diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, deliver white-glove service, and help maintain long-term system performance while educating clients on efficiency and service options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred).
• Clean and valid Florida driver's license.
• Own high-quality tools and know how to use them.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

Specific Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in residential HVAC diagnostics, repair, and service
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Clean and valid Florida driver’s license
• Own high-quality tools and know how to use them
• Respect for the craft, the team, and the customer
• Must pass drug screen and background check (we’re professional, and so are you)

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor Florida conditions. Position requires frequent standing, bending, climbing ladders, and use of HVAC tools and equipment while working safely in environments exposed to heat, dust, noise, and mechanical hazards.
