IES is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor in Florida to support plumbing operations, ensure quality workmanship, and sustain customer satisfaction across installation, service, replacement, or operational projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors, supervise daily field activities, maintain records, and help drive process improvements while upholding safety standards.

Position Overview

• English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.

• Spanish speaking preferred.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Previousexperience related tohvacinstallation supervisor responsibilities preferred.

• HVAC industry experience preferred.

• Equivalentcombination of education and experience may be considered.

• Relevant industry certifications or licensespreferred, andrequired where necessary to perform job duties.

Physical Requirements

• Sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, and computer use.

• Hand movements, including typing and equipment operation.

• Travel asrequiredto support project and operational needs.

• Stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach, and lift throughout the workday.

• Sit for extended periods while driving to and between job sites.

• Work on active job sites, indoors and outdoors, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined or elevated spaces, with exposure to varying weather, construction noise, dust, and other job site conditions.

• Wear safety gear such as Personal Protective Equipment.

• Maintain dependable transportation and consistent, reliable attendance to meet customer service and operational needs.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions within established company policies and procedures.

• Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.

• Communicate in person, by phone, and electronically, including on a tablet, smartphone, and other office technology.

• Perform all work on-site and in person; this is not a remote or hybrid position.

• Lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
