Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to keep our routes on time and our customers informed. You will coordinate route sequencing, relay changes to drivers in real time, and serve as a first point of contact for callers and staff.

This office-based role, Monday through Friday with potential extended hours, requires a high school diploma and a willingness to learn our dispatch system. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential to support a fast-paced,

As a Dispatcher, you will be the hub that keeps every route running on time, coordinating route sequencing, keeping drivers informed of changes in real time, and serving as a first point of contact for customers and team members alike. This role suits candidates with prior dispatch experience as well as motivated new applicants who are organized, calm under pressure, and ready to learn a fast-paced, team-oriented operation.

Responsibilities

• This position works Monday through Friday, with start times between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM; additional hours may be needed based on business needs.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Regularly sits for extended periods while using a phone, radio, and dispatch software.
• Frequent use of a computer and phone for extended periods.
• Occasionally stands and walks within the office to communicate with drivers and staff checking in and out.
• Work is performed primarily in an office or dispatch center environment.
• May require early morning, evening, or extended hours based on business needs.
