Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate route sequencing, communicate with drivers, and ensure accurate dispatch operations. You will check drivers in and out, greet new employees, and provide administrative support for special projects.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years in dispatch, knowledge of DOT rules, and the ability to multitask while guiding a team. We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and an incentive program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dispatch experience: at least 2 years required.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations is mandatory.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks while motivating and coaching others with clear instructions.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
