Job Description:

1. Assist in delivering items to customers by verifying orders, inventorying stock, and arranging transportation.
2. Anticipate delivery requirements, place and expedite orders, verify shipped items by matching bills of lading, reconcile quantities, and note discrepancies.
3. Keep customers informed by notifying them of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answer questions as needed.
4. Assist in transportation planning, monitor driver activities, and verify data accuracy within scope of control.
5. Ensure the efficient and safe distribution of materials, supplies, equipment, production water, and service work by leveraging organizational skills, real-time monitoring, and effective communication with field/office personnel and vendors.
6. Identify vendor expectations and requirements to align goals with contract obligations.

Requirements:

1. Must be bilingual.
2. Prior shipping/receiving experience, warehouse or manufacturing experience, attention to detail.
3. At least 1 year of Oil and Gas experience preferred.
4. Experience communicating and coordinating job orders with active field personnel via telephone, email, or work order software related to industrial/environmental waste, production water, or service work.
5. Experience with Gemini, Open Invoice/Open Ticket, Airtable, and Excel spreadsheets.
6. Ability to work any assigned shift, with excellent time management and communication skills. Transportation management and oilfield experience preferred.
7. Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and nights.
8. Location: Spring, TX
9. Schedule: 7/7 (12-hour shifts)
10. Pay Rate: $35/hr
