Job summary

Beehive Plumbing is seeking a Service Dispatcher in Salt Lake City to keep the team moving. You will connect customers, technicians, managers, and sales teams while coordinating schedules across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects.

You will dispatch technicians, answer calls, schedule estimates and service calls, and adjust plans as emergencies arise. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch tools is a plus, with a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency.

• Coordinate with managers, technicians, sales, and customer service teams.

• Process purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and job documentation.

Service Dispatchers at Beehive Plumbing are a driving force of our brand. . You’ll connect customers, technicians, managers, and sales teams while keeping the day running smoothly across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Answer calls and communicate with customers and field technicians.
• Schedule estimates, sold jobs, follow-ups, and service calls.
• Adjust schedules when emergencies, delays, or cancellations happen.
• Manage technician on-call schedules.
• Coordinate with managers, technicians, sales, and customer service teams.
• Debrief technicians after jobs and help resolve customer concerns.
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and job documentation.
• Track Quiet Cool & Generac inventory and order equipment as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with month-end goals.

Experience with ServiceTitan, dispatching, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus!
