Job summary

Beehive Plumbing is seeking a skilled Service Dispatcher to keep our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams moving. You will connect customers, technicians, managers, and sales while maintaining smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates multitask confidently, stay calm under pressure, and provide exceptional customer service. Experience with ServiceTitan or home-service dispatch is a plus and a strong team mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Answer calls and communicate with customers and field technicians.
• Schedule estimates, sold jobs, follow-ups, and service calls.
• Adjust schedules when emergencies, delays, or cancellations happen.
• Manage technician on-call schedules.
• Coordinate with managers, technicians, sales, and customer service teams.
• Debrief technicians after jobs and help resolve customer concerns.
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and job documentation.
• Track Quiet Cool & Generac inventory and order equipment as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with month-end goals.

Service Dispatchers at Beehive Plumbing are a driving force of our brand. . You’ll connect customers, technicians, managers, and sales teams while keeping the day running smoothly across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
