Responsibilities:

• Keep dispatch boards (manual & electronic) current at all times.
• Follow the set process flow for managing all customer requests.
• Communicate required information to the field and management per company policy.
• Support field personnel and management on customer and company requirements, ensuring tasks and calls are completed promptly.
• Data entry of service performance, updates to customers, and record keeping.
• Schedule efficiently with RMS support.
• Proper purchasing and PO issuance as needed.
• Verify new calls, update history, and coordinate with RSM for scheduling approval.
• Verify customer check-in/out via IVR for technicians.
• Ensure technicians receive necessary parts for service.
• Handle problems with a high sense of urgency.
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills.
• Maintain high computer proficiency, especially in Excel.
• Focus on desired results and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, and work well in a team.
• Demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage time effectively.
• Previous dispatcher experience in the service industry preferred.
• Operate office machinery and sit at a computer for up to 8 hours.

Qualifications:

• Entry level seniority.
• Full-time employment.
• Management and Manufacturing job functions in Facilities Services industry.
