Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical in Florida’s Panhandle is seeking a Service Dispatcher to coordinate daily service calls and pair the right technician with the right job at the right time. You will communicate clearly with customers and field teams, prioritize urgent requests, and help maintain schedules that keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming service calls and prioritize work based on urgency.
• Dispatch the appropriate technician for each service call.
• Communicate accurate job information to field technicians.
• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules throughout the day.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates regarding technician arrival and job status.
• Record, document, and manage service calls accurately.
• Assist in training and mentoring new dispatch team members.
• Work closely with Customer Service Representatives, technicians, and leadership to maximize efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Support continuous improvement of dispatch operations and customer experience.

The Opportunity

As a Service Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in our daily operations by coordinating service calls and matching the right technician to the right job at the right time.

This position requires excellent communication, sound decision-making, and the ability to balance changing priorities while delivering an outstanding experience for both customers and technicians.

What You'll Do

• Previous dispatching experience preferred, ideally within the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry.
