Description

• Handle work ticket orders for national accounts received electronically or by phone, including making outbound calls.
• Qualify and verify customer requests, check technicians in and out, and book/dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions promptly.
• Manage customer requests for service effectively, ensuring prompt and knowledgeable service to meet customer satisfaction, along with other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or restaurant industry with solid tenure (at least one year at each position).
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and ability to navigate through multiple screens.
• Great attention to detail and ability to be descriptive to dispatch appropriate parties.

Olathe, KS - 100% onsite

Schedule(s) Available

• Tuesday-Saturday: 1:00pm-10:00pm
• Sunday-Thursday: 1:00pm-10:00pm
• Friday-Monday: 11:00am-10:00pm

Training Start Date

June 2nd

2-week Training

M-F 7am-4:30pm

Pay Rate

$19/HR
