Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental business in North America, is seeking a Dispatcher. In this role, you will manage drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment to and from customers. You will oversee the application of appropriate DOT standards, report, schedule, and support customer service and sales goals of the business unit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience with applications of various construction/industrial equipment
• Knowledge of DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

Skills and Abilities

• Customer Service & dispatch training is a plus
• Working knowledge of the delivery area
• Effective communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay Range: $60,720.00 - $83,490.00. Starting pay may vary based on factors such as location, education, training, and experience. For more information, visit https://www.sunbeltrentals.com/careers/.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), volunteer time off, disability insurance, life and travel insurance, flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, college savings, EAP, and length of service awards. Benefits are available starting the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Time off includes 12-25 vacation days depending on years of service, 5 sick days, 6 paid holidays, 2 paid half-day holidays, 2 floating holidays, 1 inclusion day, and 1 volunteer day, subject to company policies.
