Job summary

Vail Resorts in Leavenworth, Washington, is hiring a Dispatcher for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 in Mountain Operations. You will log, relay and record communications, dispatch personnel and vehicles, and support resort operations with a proactive service mindset.

The job offers flexible full-time and part-time shifts, hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $23.00, and training provided. Fluency in English is required, and housing is available for eligible staff.

The Dispatcher expedites communications and dispatches company personnel and/or vehicles. This role is responsible for logging, reporting and communicating all moments that require dispatching.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone and radio calls in Dispatch

• Keep accurate and up to date daily,weeklyand seasonal Dispatch logs and other records related to assigned duties.
• Perform continuous monitoring of a radio channel system and dispatch phone line.
• Coordinate emergency travel needs for rescue services arriving at the resort.
• Other duties as assigned

• The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
