Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily schedules for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians. You will ensure efficient routing, maintain customer records, and act as the main communication link between customers, technicians, and leadership.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, experience in dispatch or scheduling, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Customer service mindset with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service calls efficiently.
• Receive and prioritize emergency and non-emergency requests.
• Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and skill set.
• Manage and maintain the daily dispatch board and technician schedules.
• Monitor technician routes and job progress throughout the day.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency and customer needs.
• Forecast workload and staffing needs 2-3 days in advance.
• Communicate job details, traffic updates, and customer requirements to technicians.
• Coordinate parts requests with the parts department.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records.
• Confirm appointments for the following business day.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus bonus potential
