Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers to locations per customer requests and specs.
• Troubleshoot and reroute drivers to maintain on-time deliveries and service.
• Relay messages and vital information between drivers, customers, and Porter Pipe & Supply personnel.
• Communicate with customers and drivers to address questions, conflicts, and requests.
• Prepare daily work and run schedules for drivers.
• Monitor truck and personnel locations to coordinate service and schedules.
• Determine vehicle and personnel requirements based on work orders and customer needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
