Job summary

Experience with dispatching software and logistics management.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch drivers to locations per customer requests and specs.
Troubleshoot and reroute drivers to maintain on-time deliveries and service.
Relay messages and vital information between drivers, customers, and Porter Pipe & Supply personnel.
Communicate with customers and drivers to address questions, conflicts, and requests.
Prepare daily work and run schedules for drivers.
Monitor truck and personnel locations to coordinate service and schedules.
Determine vehicle and personnel requirements based on work orders and customer needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
