We are seeking a Dispatcher responsible for communicating customer needs and service histories to field employees, dispatching technicians, maintaining the database, and supporting both internal and external customers. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, and previous dispatcher experience, preferably in the service industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Keeping dispatch boards current (manual & electronic)
• Managing customer requests following set process flows
• Communicating information to field and management teams
• Supporting field personnel and management to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Data entry and updates related to service performance
• Scheduling efficiently with RMS support
• Managing purchasing and PO issuance as needed
• Verifying customer check-in/out and technician parts requirements
• Resolving problems with a high sense of urgency
• Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

Qualifications:

• High computer proficiency, especially in Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous dispatcher experience preferred
