Job summary

EIKON-X is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to coordinate freight shipments and schedules in a fast-growing logistics environment in Houston. You will work across drivers, carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely pickups, accurate documentation, and smooth shipment movements.

We offer a base salary of $60K–$70K with commissions, plus performance bonuses and room to grow. Hybrid work is available, with 3–4 days per week in our Houston office, and opportunities to take on additional
