Job summary

RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation is seeking a dependable Dispatcher for the Afternoon/Evening Shift in Houston, TX. You will coordinate daily transportation operations and support chauffeurs and clients to ensure timely service.

As part of the Operations team, you will monitor trips, communicate changes, and maintain dispatch records while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, or operations experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn dispatch software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and internal systems.
• Must be available to work the full Wednesday–Sunday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule.

Dispatcher – Afternoon/Evening Shift

RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our Operations team. We are currently hiring one Dispatcher and are open to candidates based in either Houston or Austin, Texas .

What You’ll Do

As a Dispatcher, you will help coordinate daily transportation operations and ensure our chauffeurs and clients receive timely, professional support.

• Dispatch and monitor chauffeurs throughout their shifts
• Coordinate trip assignments and make adjustments based on operational needs
• Monitor trip status and ensure on-time performance
• Communicate with chauffeurs regarding schedules, changes, delays, and client needs
• Respond quickly and professionally to operational issues
• Maintain accurate trip and dispatch information in company systems
• Communicate with clients and internal departments when necessary
• Assist with last-minute changes, call-outs, and coverage needs
• Provide excellent customer service to both clients and chauffeurs
• Complete other dispatch and operations duties as assigned
