Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a Terminal Dispatcher to help keep our terminal operations efficient and dependable. The role emphasizes coordinating truck drivers, bookings, and data entry to meet customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and experience in trucking/intermodal transport, with knowledge of DOT regulations. The position may require extended hours to ensure customer satisfaction at multiple locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch truck drivers for pickups at customer locations, local ports, and railroads.
• Confirm proper bookings and billings to meet customer requirements.
• Enter data in the computer for planning and general information.
• Provide necessary communications to the terminal regarding specific customer requests.
• Be willing to work extended hours to meet and exceed customer needs.
