Depot Connect International (DCI), a global leader in Tank/ISO Tank Container Services, seeks a Terminal Dispatcher to join our team. Dispatch drivers, confirm bookings, and ensure accurate data entry to keep the terminal running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, experience in trucking or intermodal transport, knowledge of DOT regulations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to extend hours is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in trucking and/or intermodal transportation.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance.
• Familiarity with DOT safety regulations and compliance.
• Thrives in a high-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch truck drivers for pickups at customer locations, local ports, and railroads.
• Confirm proper bookings and billings to meet customer requirements.
• Enter data in the computer for planning and general information.
• Provide necessary communications to the terminal regarding specific customer requests.
• Be willing to work extended hours to meet and exceed customer needs.
