Aranda Industries is looking for an organized and dedicated Dispatcher to aid in the coordination and movement of different company materials, equipment, and vehicles. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of basic computer systems, laws and regulations for transportation, and record keeping.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Experience: High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education or relevant certifications are a plus
• Entry level position; Scheduling, logistics, heavy civil construction, or utility services experience are a plus
• Computer skills to use databases, email, enterprise resource planning, GPS or scheduling software programs
• Familiarity with local and state transit rules as well as basic DOT safety regulations
• Familiarity with multi-line control phone systems, two-way radios and other equipment for internal and external communications
• Decision-making and critical thinking skills to prioritize calls appropriately
• Multitasking skills to communicate with callers and work crews while carrying out other tasks, such as data entry
• Communication skills to deliver clear instructions and relay information in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving abilities and capable of working under pressure
• Administrative and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel
