Job summary

Heartland Home Service in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate service calls, schedule technicians, and ensure efficient routing to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.

You will communicate with customers, monitor routes, maintain records, and support technicians and management. Prior dispatch or HVAC experience and strong organizational skills are valued; pay starts at $25 per hour with benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or HVAC industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and/or CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service and maintenance.
