Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking an experienced Emergency Dispatcher to manage Security & EMS systems from a central location. You will dispatch emergency and routine calls while delivering personalized customer service to residents and visitors.

Starting compensation is $19.25–$21.50 per hour, based on experience, with bi-weekly pay. This on-site role offers benefits including health coverage, PTO, retirement plan contributions, and growth opportunities within our expanding communities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in 911 call-taking/dispatching or Emergency Medical Services preferred but not required
• Ability to maintain composure and situational awareness during emergencies and high-stress events
• Effective communication with residents, visitors, and staff at all levels

Responsibilities

• Track pertinent information during shifts and initiate incident reports for Security & Emergency Services officers
• Monitor Emergency Call System for independent living residents
• Track status of residents involved in emergency situations
• Monitor Fire Alarm System and respond accordingly
• Dispatch ambulance, private ambulances, or 911 as needed

Our Security and Emergency Services department is currently seeking an experienced Emergency Dispatcher to manage multiple Security & EMS systems from a central location. You will dispatch both emergency and routine calls for service, while also building a rapport with residents and visitors by providing personalized customer service and hospitality. Compensation: Starting at $19.25 - Max $ 21.50, per hour. Based on experience, Paid Bi-Weekly!

How you will make an impact
