Responsibilities:

• Supervise, motivate, and assist a team of drivers and driver helpers, including managing schedules and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
• Receive important calls and information from airline clients and airports, and communicate with relevant departments.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the Food Safety Management System Handbook.
• Report issues related to food safety and hygiene to management and the safety team.
• Ensure all vehicles are in proper working condition, including compliance, fueling, and maintenance.
• Process meal orders and ensure their prompt and accurate distribution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain a safe workplace and communicate department policies and laws to staff and the public.
• Create, review, and maintain reports as necessary.
• Update transportation databases regularly.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High customer service orientation with attention to detail.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Hands-on management to ensure timely dispatch of flights.
• Ability to address and resolve transportation deficiencies quickly.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
