Core Responsibilities:

Route Coordination: Efficiently plan, assign, and monitor delivery routes for courier drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Driver Support: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing real-time assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on deliveries.
Scheduling: Manage driver schedules, including shift assignments, time-off requests, and backup coverage.
Quality Assurance: Monitor route performance and ensure compliance with company standards for accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver logs, delivery confirmations, and incident reports.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve unexpected issues such as route delays, vehicle breakdowns, or last-minute delivery changes.
Technology Utilization: Use dispatch software and GPS systems to optimize routes and track driver progress.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Logistics Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Emergency Response: Handle urgent or high-priority deliveries with precision and care.

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of dispatch, logistics, or related experience; medical courier or healthcare logistics experience preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Customer Service: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional service to clients and drivers.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
