Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Dispatcher to keep operations moving by linking customers, technicians, and the team. You will schedule and assign calls, coordinate with technicians, and ensure accurate, timely communication with customers to promote service quality.

You will work with AI-powered systems to optimize dispatch decisions, manage multiple locations, and support a collaborative, professional team dedicated to integrity and service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and assign calls to technicians using AI-powered systems.
• Coordinate with technicians to arrange return calls for customers.
• Assign calls based on technician skills and call location for efficiency.
• Communicate scheduling details and confirm appointments with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ability to effectively multitask across multiple CRM platforms, communication systems, and AI-powered tools simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail

Have excellent interpersonal communication skills

Take responsibility for work

Collaborate with the team on a regular basis

Manage multiple streams of communication amongst multiple locations

Assist in decision making and be regularly required to make decisions for scheduling/dispatching

Preferences:

Responsibilities

Working alongside AI-Powered systems to schedule and assign calls to technicians

Work closely with technicians to schedule return calls for customers

Work alongside AI-powered system to assign and dispatch calls to appropriate technicians based on skillsets of technicians and location of call in an efficient manner

Communicate with customers for scheduling calls and confirming appointment

Other duties as assigned
